ARE ALL YOUR ITEMS MADE TO ORDER?
Some items on our website are NOT "in stock" but items will be made promptly when your order is placed. Items will take 1-2 weeks for completion (plus shipping time) to ensure enough time is spent on your items for great quality!

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?
Shipping in Canada: Via Canada Post up to 2-8 business days.
-Standard shipping $6.00 (up to $40.00)
-Standard shipping $12.00 ($40.00 & up)

We will NOT ship to Yukon, Nunavut, or Saskatchewan. If an order is placed from any of these regions- we will refund your order. We are not responsible for any lost items in the mail.

DO YOU OFFER A "PICK UP" OPTION?
Of course we do- local buyers who wish to pick up their package can do so for NO cost in Ingersoll, ON or Tillsonburg, ON. See this option at checkout!

CAN WE PAY BY EMAIL TRANSFER TOO?
Yes! You can pay via Bank Deposit (Email Transfer):
-Please send payment within 24 hours to tanya@coveredncozy.com & email us the security answer.
-If not received within 24 hours of the order being placed, the order will be cancelled.

WHAT IS COVERED N' COZY'S RETURN POLICY?
-All sales final unless damaged. 
-Covered N' Cozy will replace a damaged item for up to 30 days from the purchase date with a receipt of purchase.

All items are handmade by Tanya, owner of Covered N' Cozy. Items reviewed may differ to what is shown in the website photos. Please read the tags that are sewn into your products as it states what the item is made of and how to care for it. Covered N' Cozy's products are not intended for sleepwear. Keep all products away from fire. 

Covered N' Cozy takes pride in every item that is made for our customers. We strive to provide you with the best of quality as well ensuring every item is safe for your loved ones. However, during wear and tear- snaps, tags, ribbons, and stitching could come loose so please inspect your products often.

Covered N' Cozy will not be responsible for any damages caused by misuse, wear and tear, or for any other reasons that are not listed. The buyer is responsible for payment, shipping charges, and/or pickup. The buyer is also responsible for proper supervision while using any Covered N' Cozy products and in making sure they are safe and not a hazard for any liability.
